The next week we had various things to do including a last hike & picnic at the Superstitions.
And on April 30th we packed whatever stuff we had left into the Honda and left for our old home, Toronto Canada.
My husband and I travelled for 1 year to several countries, Italy, Ecuador, Panama..., . This blog contains leaving our 11 year home in Arizona after finally retiring in April 2011, returning to our home country Canada for several weeks and finally spending 3 months exploring Italy, 6 months exploring Ecuador and then on to Panama. Our year is now finished and after spending the summer of 2012 at home gathering our papers for residency , we are now back in Ecuador.

LEAVING ARIZONA APRIL 2011
APRIL 23- 30,2011
Yesterday April 22 was our retirement day- finally. The day before our work peers had a huge lunch get together at Arribas and after work a large number met us for drinks ( I lost count- LOL) at our favorite Brew Pub Rock Bottom.
The next week we had various things to do including a last hike & picnic at the Superstitions.
